Shipping:
Free shipping applies only to orders totaling $100.00 or more placed on moto-xperts.com. Phone orders do not apply to free shipping. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped UPS Ground in the continental United States. International orders will not be free. Shipping other than UPS ground will not be free.

International Shipping:
Orders shipped to international destinations may require additional shipping fees from those charged at checkout. Occasionally a package is oversized, overweight, or over valued and requires the package to be shipped in multiple packages. In these cases, additional shipping fees will be required before we are able to ship the order.

Payment:
All payments must be made in U.S. currency only. Send total amount by money order or personal check made payable to MOTO-XPERTS. Master Card, Visa and American Express accepted. Minimum order: $20.00. Only credit cards issued by U.S. banks and billing to U.S. addresses will be accepted. Due to bank policy, we cannot make exception. All funds will be verified before any product is shipped.

Warranty:
Regardless of what people think, off-road motorcycles are extremely high wear. Any motorcycle part can be broken if abused. MOTO-XPERTS cannot control the use or installation of any of our products. As a result, there is NO warranty on any product manufactured or sold by MOTO-XPERTS. In addition, MOTO-XPERTS will not be liable for any damages or injuries that result.

Motorcycle riding can be a dangerous sport. Always wear the appropriate safety gear when riding and don’t attempt anything that is beyond your abilities. Please don’t drink alcohol or use drugs when riding motorcycles. If you do, not only do you risk hurting yourself and others, but you make motorcycle riders look stupid.
